Look how close we are to the end of the walkway!!

We had a look round the shops in the morning and then checked into our next hotel and got ready for meeting Mr Williams. We were able to walk to the stadium and got there around 4pm. We managed to get a fantastic position about 10 people back from the side of the end of the walkway that ran out from the main stage. It was then a case of sitting for a few hours trying to amuse ourselves and trying to drink enough but not too much.
Stupidly, at about 6pm, everyone got up and surged forward so we were stood packed like sardines for another hour before the support act, Sneaky Sound System, came on. We didn’t really rate them much but they passed ¾ hour on. Just before that I had to push through everyone to get to the toilet, trying to get back in was the most awful experience, I haven’t been swore at so much before!! I don’t think they think about the fact people at the front need to go to the toilet and have drinks as well! When Andy went a bit later two girls refused to let him past until he argued why would he be on his own trying to get to the front?!
