He wore his Adidas kit for the Rudebox encore
It was the first concert ever to be staged at the Suncorp Stadium and I can’t think of a better way to break a stadium in!
He sang fantastically and the whole package, as usual, was just perfect.

Hm, I'd pick Brisbane over Leeds or Knebworth any day (even though we had a great time at Knebworth)!! Looks like he was fab! Not many people can say they got that close eh?!
Saying that, I was on the front barrier at his Hull City Hall concert way back when, and met him when he came to my school in about 1992, and got to touch his arm (or whatever I could get hold of!) at LA's a couple of times in the early 90's....OK I'll stop now before I embarrass myself tooo much by revealing my teenage TT obsession! Missing you loads xxx
